Get recommended when customers ask AI who to hire.
We test your business across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews with the exact questions your customers ask, then hand you the full report and fix list.
1
We run your customers' real questions
20 to 50 real buyer questions, tested across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. Each question run multiple times, scored on how often you get named, where you land, and how the AI talks about you. We split them on purpose: questions that name your business (recognition) and questions that do not (discovery). The second set is the real test, because that is where new customers find someone. Screenshots of every result, so you see exactly what customers see.
2
You get the full report

WHAT THE REPORT SHOWS YOU
The stuff your competitors do not know either.
Your visibility score out of 100. One number that says how often AI recommends you versus your competitors.
Per-platform breakdown. How you show up on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews separately, because they do not all say the same thing.
Source map, engine by engine. Which sites each engine actually pulls from when it answers. They barely overlap. In one October 2026 dataset of 5,331 AI answers, YouTube showed up in 45% of Google AI Overview answers and in none of the ChatGPT answers checked, and Perplexity cited about 17 sources per answer while ChatGPT cited about 5. A fix that works on one engine can do nothing on another, so we map the sources before we recommend anything.
Recognition vs discovery, scored separately. How you score when a customer names you is not the same as how you score when they just ask who to hire. Most audits blur the two together. Ours does not, because the gap between them is usually the whole story. Inside discovery, the shortlist questions ("who are the best options near me") get their own score too. They are the hardest test of all, and the one that decides who gets the call.
Competitor comparison. Who AI recommends instead of you, and what they are doing that you are not.
Website AI-readability check. Can an AI clearly read what you do, where you do it, and who you serve? Most sites fail this.
Review and directory footprint. What AI cross-checks before it recommends you: reviews, directories, citations, mentions.
Things you had no idea about. The quiet stuff hurting your visibility. An old phone number on a directory. No service area on your site. A page the AI cannot even read. This is usually the most valuable part.
Your name in the AI's mouth. We search your business name the way a customer would and screenshot what the AI answer says about you. Most owners have never seen this.
Fact-check on the AI. We check whether AI answers get your business right, not just whether they mention you. A wrong hour, an old service, a made-up price costs you the job.
Honest fine print: every audit is a snapshot in time. AI answers change constantly, so results shift from week to week. We never promise rankings, placements, leads, or revenue. And we never need your logins. Everything is tested from the outside, the same way your customers experience it.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
How is this different from SEO?
SEO is about ranking on Google. This is about getting recommended when someone asks an AI assistant who to hire. Different game, different rules. Most businesses are invisible at it right now, which is exactly why it is an opening.
How long does it take?
The audit delivers in 5 business days. Audit plus fixes takes 10 business days. Monitoring is ongoing, month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Do you need access to my website or accounts?
No. Everything is tested from the outside, the same way your customers experience it. We never need your logins.
Will this get me ranked #1 on ChatGPT?
No, and anyone who promises that is not being honest with you. AI answers change constantly. What you get is the full picture of where you stand today and the highest-impact fixes, which is what actually moves the needle.
My site already ranks #1 on Google. Do I still need this?
Ranking #1 is not the prize it used to be. When Google shows an AI answer, the top result's clicks fall from about 22% to 8%. The businesses cited inside the answer get around 25%. This audit checks whether AI cites you at all, and whether what it says about you is even correct.
Is AI visibility actually measurable?
More every month. ChatGPT ads now carry independent attribution through DoubleVerify's Rockerbox measurement (in an early test, one advertiser's ChatGPT-attributed cost per acquisition came in about 15% under their benchmark), and OpenAI has added measurement partners covering conversion tracking and attribution. The AI layer is moving from guesswork to numbers. This audit measures where you stand in it today.
What if my business is brand new?
Even better reason to do this. The audit shows you exactly which foundations to build first instead of guessing, so you start visible instead of starting invisible.
Why test five engines instead of just ChatGPT?
Because each engine builds its answer from different sources. An October 2026 study of 5,331 AI answers to buyer questions (Howseen dataset, August to October 2026) found YouTube cited in 45% of Google AI Overview answers and in none of the ChatGPT answers in the set, with Perplexity citing roughly 17 sources per answer against about 5 for ChatGPT. Checking one engine tells you about that engine. Your customers use all of them, so we test all of them.
Why test questions that do not name my business?
Because that is how new customers actually ask. A 2026 study of 122 brands (NeuroRank AI Visibility Index, 7,580 prompts) found brands scored far higher when their name was in the question than when the AI had to pick from the category, and shortlist questions like "who are the best options near me" were the weakest spot of all. Looking good when someone names you is recognition. Getting picked when they do not is discovery. We score both, separately.
